Victoria joined TrendSource in March of 2010 as part of the Vision Compliance acquisition from American Title, Inc. Over the course of the next two years, she rose from Account Management to Director of TrendSource’s OnSite Inspections division. Victoria has since led the launch of new compliance products and capabilities, while internally championing diversity and inclusion initiatives. Through rebrands and realignments all the way to her current role as TrendSource CEO, Victoria has worked to develop leaders aligned with our company’s strategic vision who are effective in their roles in order to achieve fair and proper results for TrendSource clients, workforce, and investors.
Rodney Moll
TrendSource Founder & Chairman
Rodney has been with TrendSource for over 20 years in the successive roles of Co-founder, President, CEO, and now as Executive Chairman of the Board. Rodney attributes TrendSource's enduring nature to a deep commitment to value creation, and this commitment manifests itself everyday as Trusted Insight to our clients, opportunity and a shared future for our associates, and growth in shareholder value. Rodney describes the TrendSource culture as one of continual change for the better, constantly evolving to maintain a bright and sustainable future.
Ann Moll
TrendSource Director
Ann currently serves as Director at TrendSource as well as Management Representative for the ISO Certification process. She joined the TrendSource team in 1994 as Sales Manager and has played a critical role in the company's expansion, assuming successive roles of Operations Manager, Executive Manager of Account Teams, and Executive Manager of Sales. She began her professional career as Sales Manager for Embassy Suites in Denver, CO, and later Westgate Hotels in San Diego, CA, where she coordinated corporate conventions and meetings for several Fortune 500 and 100 companies. Ann has worn many hats at TrendSource and still does, continually contributing to the company's development and growth.
Kristine Caha
Client Development Manager
Kristine joined TrendSource in July 2012 as part of the Client Services team. Over the next few years she transitioned into Operations, Managing the Inspection Strategist team.
She then moved into a Client Development role, assisting new clients in setting up accounts, and creating long lasting business relationships through continued daily support.
Veronica Cruz
Account Executive
Veronica has been with TrendSource since 2019 and has a deep commitment to ensuring client satisfaction. With over six years in onsite inspection experience, her focus is on clear communication and building trust with TrendSource’s clients to ensure a positive customer experience.
Martin Zamora
Account Executive
Martin joined TrendSource in September 2016 shortly after graduating from UCSD as part of the Post-Inspection Quality Assurance Team (PIQAT). His duties included ensuring reports were accurate and delivered to clients in a timely manner and communicating with both TrendSource contractors and clients. While part of PIQAT, he developed relationships with many clients and learned the ins and outs of TrendSouce that would lay the groundwork for his future trajectory. In 2023, he was promoted to Account Management where he currently directly leads TrendSource’s client-relationships, creates and refines processes, and contributes to its ever-growing client portfolio.
